About This Project
We are delighted to highlight a retail park, that we built as a turnkey project based in Rakovica, which occupies approximately 21,000m².
This is our largest project, so far, and it consists of 7 detached buildings (P + 1), which accommodate 37 international and domestic retailers (DIS, LC Waikiki, New Yorker, Deichmann, JYSK, Cotton, etc.), a large outdoor space with green areas and 789 parking places. There is also a Cine Grand multiplex with 6 halls.
Our task included all of the necessary construction works: from excavation to montage of concrete structures, to the final fit out works, along with complete installations, including the construction of a substation. The duration of the project was 12 months.
