Capitol Park Leskovac

About This Project

The first and only retail park in Leskovac, it is easily accessible and well connected to the city as well as the access roads. Made for commercial purposes, built on a parcel of 16,500m² (of which 6,500m² is for commercial space), it contains 16 locals (LC Waikiki, Koton, Gigatron, N Sport, Moka cafe, Telenor, etc.) and 205 parking spaces. It is planned and executed as a P+0 standalone object. As with our other Capital Park projects here we also did the construction from the ground up (groundwork, reinforcement, concrete works, assembly, roofing). The skeletal construction base of the retail park is made out of precast concrete with a combination of reinforced concrete elements cast on-site and steel girders. The construction-trade works consisted of insulating, façade and painting, ceramics, carpentry, etc.). As part of the installation phase, we have done electro-installation, waterworks, and sewerage, telecommunication, machine works (tinsmith, locksmith works, air-conditioning, etc.), asphalting, greenery installation, etc.
